This exercise is a great one for working on the chest and triceps and is pretty easy to do. You can even do it from the comfort of your bedroom or even the living room, just by using the couch. If you go to a gym to work out you can simply do it by one of the places there.
To accomplish this all you have to do is suit on the very edge of the chair with the butt just grazing the seat and the knees bent. You hold onto the back of it. Then you move off of it so that your legs are bent and you’re by the floor. You extend your legs out and hold yourself up by the heels. Then you start to move up and down, about fifteen reps each and every time. You can make it harder by lifting one leg up and bending it, but if you’re starting this is certainly more than enough for you. This exercise can help with your chest muscles as well, so if you’re looking to improve on that this will certainly do the job.
